Hi.. I Am max!

Weird right? Wait till am through. A Google employee during an important question and answer session called out a Senior Google management staff and asked the million dollar question, “just when exactly are we relocating to Mars?” , I mean come on mate, mars? I personally think Google will do just fine in Mercury, considering its a lot warmer, that’s if their employees are bored of God’s green earth and want to try out programing in space. Sarcasm aside, the employee who posed this practically ridiculous question got a pat in the back, rather than being scolded scolded. This in the most basic way shows the relationship between Google and its employees. Its demonstrate to some extent the accommodation spirit and inter-personnel rrelation within Google, How it treat it staffs among others.

Google has been ranked No.1 in Fortune’s latest annual list of ‘100 Best Companies to Work For.’ If you among the endless list of people “Wondering why?”, then buckle up for a thrilling ride. The search engine giant, which currently
employs a staggering 18,500 people in the U.S alone,an excerpt From Googles 2012 Q2 report reads in part:
“On a
worldwide basis, we employed 54,604 full-
time employees ( 34,311 in our Google
business and 20,293 in our Motorola
business) as of June 30 , 2012, compared to
33,077 full-time employees as of March 31,

Google is without one of the most sought-after employers worldwide. Why? It is because of Google’s corporate culture. “My job as a leader is to make sure everybody in the company has great opportunities, and that they feel they’re having a meaningful impact and are contributing to the good of society. As a world, we’re doing a better job of that. My goal is for Google to lead, not follow”, Google co-founder Larry Page said. Here are 6 reasons you might want to prep you CV for a Google job;

The pay
Naturally what primarily drives the desire to work for any firm is the pay package, a firm with better pay packages will almost certainly get more prospective job applicants. With assets worth billions of dollars, it is almost safe to say that for Google, money isn’t really an issues. software engineers depending on rank earns between $133,00 to $163,000 with staff software engineer going home with $200,000 or more, product managers earn an average of $140,000,account managers pocket $77,000 and interns go home with $7,336 monthly. Google also trows in some mouth watering bonuses with a software engineer III geting a $55,000 bonus package, a software engineer I $66000 and a senior software engineer a bonus package of $65,000. Google loves its engineers. So it’s not much of a surprise that Google’s software engineers are the best-paid employees at the company. This pay packages are generally based on standard U.S rates, but prospective applicants can expect a “not too significant” deviation from these.though it Varies massively by geography, role and level in rare cases especially in developing countries.Generally, it would be considered more than
competitive. So if you’re hoping to get a job soon, you might want to consider Google.

It no more news that Google Inc. Offers one of the best staffs/employees work benefits. If you living in the U.S and working for Google for instance, you get free meals of your choice three times a day for yourself and anyone you choose to bring along.Google has on-site doctors and nurses. Employees also are given comprehensive inexpensive coverage for health care. This covers quite a lot of families. Health providers have reportedly been surprised at the nature of Google’s health insurance program.notably also is the Global Education Leave
program that enables employees to take a leave of absence to pursue further education for up to 5 years and $150,000 in reimbursement and other thoughtful offerings such as unlimited sick leave, a $500 take-out meal fund for new parents, opportunities to ask the founders about their vision for the future of the company. If by any chance you are the type that loves good pecks (who doesn’t love good benefits anyway!) you might want to catch the Google train.

Creative and employee freindly Culture
The reason why Google is such a great workplace, is because the company believes
that treating people well is more important than making a lot of money or at least that’s what the believe up there at Googleplex, mountain view, California. What ever the case, one can’t reasonably deny the creativity Google incorporates into its business activities. Google encourages its employees to speak
out their mind and ask their leaders , even Google founders, questions through the TGIF get -together. TGIF is a weekly , company-wide get – together started by Google co – founders, Larry Page and Sergey Brin. The purpose is to foster better inter-personnel relations. No question is off limit, no matter how weird or awkward. Questions asked in the past include the “when are we moving to mars?” teaser. Google’s employee friendly formula is not rocket
science or metaphysics. It’s all about treating people with respect, supporting their creative endeavors, and working hard to adhere to their motto of “Don’t be evil”. And, its efforts are bearing fruits.[/three_fourth]
