The Innjo Halo X LTE is a new addition to the Halo series of smartphone from the Chinese OEM, Injoo Mobile. Any fervent fan, user, follower or lover of any device from the Injoo Halo series would agree that the series is best known and quite popular for its strong and impressive battery life.

However, the Injoo Halo X LTE is very much similar to the recently released Injoo Halo X in its entirety. Both devices sport the same design, same camera megapixels, equal battery life with the only notable difference being the newly incorporated 4G LTE connectivity capability in the Halo X LTE. One other thing, which is wowing and unbelievable is the reduced RAM that the Halo X comes with. The devices rocks a 1GB RAM, compared to its predecessor with 2GB of RAM.

Anyways, long story short, let’s move straight down to touring the device.

The InnJoo Halo X smartphone is undoubtedly a premium looking device with a metal frame but plastic build body. Weighing 162 grams and having a sleeky thin width, the Halo X LTE is not much of a burden to the hands when held or when kept in the pocket. The device is available for purchase in Silver and Gold colour options only. However, rumour have it that there might be other colours released for retail so enough.

This device comes with a big 5.5 inch HD display with screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The screen size and resolution combo is trusted to provide quality and crisp images and also provide a wonderful movie experience.

The Halo X LTE runs on the no-longer-latest Android Marshmallow 6.0. It also comes with a big 5.5 inch HD display with screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. A Mali-T720 GPU powers the device graphics handsomely. However, with 1GB of RAM, multitasking on this device cannot be guaranteed to be fluent and smooth enough.

To me, Injoo goofed alot in this aspect. Releasing a 1GB RAM device update where the predecessor had double (2GB RAM)? From a customer point of view, that’s technically not a smart move from Injoo I must confess.

Coming out of the box with an 8MP rear shooter with LED flash and a 2MP front camera (the selfie camera), the Injoo Halo X LTE provides users with nice photos of average and not so spectacular quality. The device’s camera also comes with additional features like anti-shake and anti-focus to make the camera experience more interesting and fun.

Well, one thing I’m quite sure of isthefact that users of this device will surely have less to worry about as regards to storage. The Injoo Halo X LTE comes with a 16GB internal storage which could be upgraded to 128GB with the use of an external storage disk (SD card).

Now to the one feature that uniquely differentiate the Halo X LTE from the Halo X. The Halo X LTE is compatible with 4G LTE and also 2G, 3G connections The Halo X doesn’t support the 4G LTE. The Halo X LTE is also dual SIM enabled. A good device for any Nigerian willing to try out the newly launched 4G network in Nigeria.

Being a member of the Injoo Halo series, a series widely known for their huge battery capacity, the Halo X LTE surely didn’t disappoint. Sporting a Li-ion 3000MAH Battery with an average standby time of 18 hours (subject to individual usage though), the device surely has enough juice to provide movie lovers and phone addicts with enough talk and usage time.
